Well my official brithday is just a month away. That's right - I was supposed to be born on 20th August, and instead I came on 9th June. So much has happened since then. In fact I reached another big milestone today - I was moved into a cot. You'll see pictures of that tomorrow, as it didn't happen until the afternoon, and mummy had to go early yesterday, as she is not very well. She's got a sore boob from all that milk expressing she does for me. Get well soon mummy! She brought her friend Kate to see me though, who is also expecting another little friend for me. Kate helped mummy feed, change and dress me before they went home. Daddy came early to see me in my cot though, and gave me lots of cuddles. He stayed for ages and fed me and put me in new clothes. I have grown out of most of my current clothes, so mummy and daddy will bring the next size up tomorrow. How exciting - lots of trendy new outfits that all mummy and daddy's friends have bought for me. I'm very grateful - I'm going to be the best dressed baby around! The reason I need my new clothes is that I now weigh 1,705g which is about 3lb 13oz. I need a lot of clothes because I need to be wrapped up really warm in my new cot. Yesterday I needed a vest, a babygrow, a sheet, 2 blankets, a fleece and my fleecey rabbit! Wow - lots of washing for mummy to do! I do hope that mummy and daddy make it to see me tomorrow. It's been raining a lot, and lots of the roads are flooded. Daddy had to practically drive through a river to get home from the hospital tonight. I'll miss them if they don't come. I missed breastfeeding with mummy today and I was hoping for another go tomorrow.....
