Daddy took a day off work to spend more time with me today. He came in this afternoon, and gave me a cuddle and then a bath,
and then my 5pm feed, and he's even
coming back to the hospital after his tea to give me my 9pm feed and my goodnight cuddle. Guess what? I did 5 out of 6 sucking feeds yesterday. I was supposed to have 3 tube feeds, but I only had 1. I kicked up a big stink when they tried to feed me with a tube - I want to suck! Mummy went home early to carry on getting my nursery ready today. It sounds lovely, with lots of colourful jungle animals, I can't wait to see it. We had 2 very good breastfeeds today. We're really getting the hang of it, and we don't need to top up with a tube any more. I am officially full term today - 37 weeks gestation, and just over 7 weeks old!
